Test Setup

We tested all Threadripper CPUs with MSI's MEG X399 Creation motherboard with 32GB (4 x 8GB) of Corsair 3,000MHz DDR4 Vengeance RGB memory. We're also using an Enermax Liqtech TR4 240 cooler and Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 AMP! Edition graphics card. We've retested all CPUs in the graphs to include the latest Windows and CPU microcode security updates so the results are exactly what you'd see from an up-to-date Windows 10 system using the same hardware.
